Level 5 PinkElephant 8,780 Posted June 6, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted June 6, 2021 You can as well access support directly. https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action Choose „Account“ as ticket type. This is the only type available for Basic users. Since you try to use a feature on the account / profile page, I think it qualifies as such. 1 Link to comment
Sollomun 0
If the phone number is invalid, it means it is not active. It's straightforward... If you need this number, then try to restore it. To do this, you need to contact the provider's company. But it may also happen that your number has already been given to another person because you have not used it for a long time. When I lived in Liverpool, I changed several numbers because they were all invalid... Then I decided to switch to temporary phones. After all, I don't need a permanent phone number, and you can always receive sms uk with a temporary one. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,780 Posted February 3, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 3, 2022 A temporary number won't do - you need a permanent number to receive the 2FA codes send to you. This is probably a support case - maybe has something to do with the international phone code. 1 Link to comment
