I also get this warning when I try to log into my account.  "Your password has expired, please tap I forgot my password and reset it now" I cannot reset the password because my email account that I used during registration was closed.  Can you help me?

Try to contact support.

If you can’t access your current account, create a new one. Go to account settings, select support. When you open the account page in the web client, top right is your name. Beside it is a drop down menu with the support option.

As ticket type select „account“ - this is the only option for Basic users. Tell them about the problem, and that it is about that other account.

You will need to prove that you are the legitimate account owner.
