Best way to save a Notebook's Notes to one PDF

Hi,

I have a Notebook and inside have many Notes.  What is the best way to place them all in a PDF in order?

Because printing and pdf creation still works better there, I would use the legacy client (Mac/Windows). You better try it yourself with a few notes, until you get it done as you wish.

For final touches a pdf editor (I am using PDF Expert on my Mac, not free) can be a better tool than tuning EN beyond what it can do.

If you need to convert notes with all kind of attachments, you could also export your notebook to multiple page HTML and convert this to a single pdf file with a pdf tool like adobe acrobat https://helpx.adobe.com/be_en/acrobat/using/converting-web-pages-pdf.html  . You can best start from the Evernote_index.html from which the tool can drill down to all the notes below.

Please keep in mind that Evernote 10.14.7 HTML export doesn't handle attachments properly yet. You can best use the legacy version.

Edit: I just noticed that you would like to put the notes in a certain order, which  requires that you first order the Evernote_index.html .

Many thanks for the suggestions.

I decided to number each note 1. Name  2. Name etc then save each note as a PDF, then in Acrobat 8 which I have, created a new PDF file by 'Combining' them all. They showed in number order as being saved and in the new all  were there in order.

Just had to change 10 to 9a as it kept coming up after 1.

Interesting, are there attachments in your notes (jpg, docx, pdf...) and are the links to these attachments working in your pdf ? Which Evernote version do you use for the pdf generation?  Have you converted each note individually are do you use some script to run it in batch?

Hi.. No I dont have any attachment in any of the notes  just about 4k words in each. I would imagine they would still work if I had them, altho ?

I create a PDF from each Note individually but in Adobe 8 I Create one PDF by combining all indiv PDF  files.

It is the latest Win PC Evernote.
