Stuck on loading something

Every time I start the app, there are something coming up and keep loading. I tried waiting for it to load the context (probably ads) but nothing shows up.

Other functions are operable (create and view notes) before that box come up.

I've tried uninstall and reinstall the app, restarting ipad, but it hasn't been fixed.

About the uninstall, did you do this ?

1. Uninstall, dump all data when asked
2. Switch the iPad completely off, wait, on again (Apple logo must show)
3. Reinstall, log in, wait until the initial sync has been done

If yes, which second client is active with your Basic account ?
