Walter Santos Filho 0
I'm using Evernote free and recently changed from Moto G5 Plus to Moto G9 Plus. Since then, Evernote isn't working right. When I edit a note or start a new one, a blank screen appears and the green spin never ends. I recorded it. By the way, I uninstalled Evernote and installed again, clear cache and storage etc etc etc. Video from Walter Link to comment

Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 7,919 Posted July 9, 2021 Level 5 Solution Share Posted July 9, 2021 My explanation is that all of you exceed your device limit of 2 devices. If you try to connect a new device, you need to be down to 1 registered device before you can connect another. If you try to open an existing device that has worked before, EN may think it is a new one, and refuse to connect. Use any working client to go to your account settings, tab devices. Unsync enough of them to get into your frame of 2 or 1 registered devices. Note there is a cap on the number of unsyncs per month as well, so don’t play with this setting. And the web client is counted as a device as well. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 7,919 Posted July 9, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted July 9, 2021 EN is aware of this. Usually a message should show, but in some cases it doesn’t. Link to comment
