How to download Evernote notebooks to PC hard drive

Dear,
1) I need to download an Evernote notebook to my computer's hard drive. How do I do that?
2) In a specific notebook I need all the notes created in this year 2021. Which resource to use?

Evernote  has an export feature      
- all notes in a notebook   
- selected notes

So, search all notes with creation date 2021 > export
