I'm sure the OP is grateful for your -eventual- support. However we're a mainly user-driven Forum with no direct connection to Evernote. If you want to contact the company the proper (and most effective) way is to use their published support channel and not a public forum.

… and it makes life easier if everybody speaks in complete, understandable sentences. Some posts read as if every word would be taxed.
