Evernote poor image quality

images I paste in my notes are all very low quality and hard to read the text how do I increase the image quality?

Images are saved with the original quality - but they may show with reduced resolution.

The best way to control images in notes is to insert a table, and place the pictures into a table cell each. They are sized to the column width of the column, but retain their resolution.
