femmecullen 1 Posted May 14, 2021 Share Posted May 14, 2021 I was working on Evernote, then I got an update information, so I decided to update, now the app has no icon, it doesn't open at all, went to the webpage and downloaded de app again, even downloaded the legacy version still same issue, I can't use the app on MacOS Mojave. I only get You can’t open the application “Evernote.app” because it may be damaged or incomplete. Link to comment

You can plain disallow any installation from the internet, restricting it to the AppStore. You can open this up, probably in settings-security (my Mac is down for the night, can’t lookout up right now). I have no problem to run v10 and legacy on my MacBook Pro under BigSur - which is more restrictive than Catalina, which is more restrictive than Mojave. Link to comment
