This is not a bug.

If it is automatically saved as plain text at least once, that plain text remains in the change history even if it was encrypted later.
So, regardless of the encryption password, there is a possibility that you can find the encrypted text at any time with a login screen.
In this case, in order to check the history of changes to notes with encrypted text, the user should be able to select an option that requires the text encryption password to be visible.
Otherwise, Text that include encrypted text should be treated invisibly in the change history.
