Keep crashing on Apple m1 Mac, any resolution?

I have the same problem. It is a desaster.... Daily crashes and a lot of wasted RAM

Just to ask this question: 3 subscribers, 4 weeks of crashes, how many support tickets ?

AFAIK the framework on which EN based their new app was updated to adopt the M1. EN seems to still use the older version and would probably have to upgrade the framework to solve the problem. I doubt they are very eager to do so.

As a workaround try the web client. It really is very close to the app, only few features missing. For day to day use it is probably up to the job.

Its keep crashing every time for the Evernote-10.15.6-mac-ddl-ga-2680 version I have downloaded.
I am using Apple M1

Took delivery of my iMac M1 on 28th May; not one single crash with Evernote yet

I have over 12,000 notes and use Evernote all day every day for work and personal and use all it's features fairly readily.

Seems very stable to me especially when considering from the moment my iMac was powered up it's remained so and not had a reboot.

I would like to see them embrace native code rather than needing to rely on Rosetta but from my viewpoint is very serviceable.

It got fixed after I used Appcleaner to deleted some evernote file.

Brand new macbook pro M1 running MacOS Monterey 12.0.1.  Evernote downloaded from both website and the apple store crashes on startup.  No app window at all.

We don’t read crash reports.

AFAIK the v10 client is not running natively on M1. It needs Rosetta translation to execute.

You can contact support, maybe they can advise.

Meanwhile you can use the web client.

Is there any update here? I have an M1 Mac and it was working fine until an update about a week ago.
