I don't mind each notebook coming out as single files but to go through all 100+ of my notebooks right-clicking each and exporting individually takes up too much time. 1 Link to comment

Have a look at Backupery - if you're running Legacy - it can automatically export any or all of your notebooks to ENEX on a schedule of your choice. Mine runs daily in the evening. It's a paid-for app, but very convenient... Link to comment
