In the past few versions of Evernote, the Release Notes/Welcome intro doesn't have a scrolling function to be able to read the content. In fact when the screen is enlarged it does not present a full view of the content. No direct available support personnel to be able to receive malfunction explanation to transmit to the software development team. Hopefully, this will be corrected sometime.
