(Archived) Request: Synced notebooks in separate files

I would like to keep some of my notes in separate files, and still have them sync with my web account.

The reason is that I do a lot of writing, and I keep each writing project under version control. In addition to my "big pile of notes" notebook, I keep a separate notebook for each writing project. I would like to keep each project's notes (and only that project's notes) under version control with the rest of the project's files.

I would also like to sync the separate per-project notebooks with my web account.

Is this possible? Likely? Unlikely?
