I can't receive password reset email

I used Evernote in 2016-15, then I was not able to use it till this year. When I tried login into my account, it said you should reset your password in order to login. After I clicked reset password, they said they have sent a password reset email to my email account. But I don't have received any password reset email. I tried this dozens of time but no email has been received till now.

Same here. I have sent an email about this problem to get support. I haven't got any reply yet.

I contacted to support team.

They sent me password reset email and I was able to login to my account again.

It took only 1-2 days.

When you choose [Reactive account] at [Select a topic], there's going to be other options down below,

then click [submit ticket] at [send us an email].
