When I tried login into my account, it said you should reset your password in order to login. After I clicked reset password, they said they have sent a password reset email to my email account. But I don't have received any password reset email. I tried this dozens of time but no email has been received till now. Link to comment

You should try it. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=254668&guest=true&guest=true When you choose [Reactive account] at [Select a topic], there's going to be other options down below, then click [submit ticket] at [send us an email].
