Creating a new Stack does not work

I have followed all instructions as prescribed and am on the LATEST version. When I try to add a stack, all I am able to do is add a notebook. I am a premium member on the latest version. It is frustrating....

A stack requires an existing notebook.

So to create a new stack

• Open the notebook window by clicking the notebook item in the sidebar
• Select the first notebook you intend to include in your new stack from within the notebook window
• Hover over the three dot menu item at the right end of the notebook ...
• Select Add to a stack
• Select the option to create a new stack
