Account deactivation - confirmation email does not contain confirmation code



I want to deactive my account and I'm following the steps on https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314088-Deactivate-your-Evernote-account. At the end of this process, I should receive a confirmation code on my registrated email. I receive the email, but the content of the email is mostly empty and doesn't contain a confirmation code. 

I tried the "phlyoktlpt" token that is shown in the email, but this doesn't work.

What am I missing here?
