Need help with a couple of things, specially Google Authenticator

So, I have been using Evernote since the day one. Last year or so, I have not used it. I have the free version, which allows me to use two devices, which I use on my iMac app and iPhone app. When I tried to log in today, it asks me to use Google Authenticator number as a verification method. I don't I signed up for it so I asked for help and it sent me a text on my iPhone to log in. I logged in to the app and tried to see how I can set up the authenticator and I can't find the option on my iPhone app. So, I used my iMac app to try to do the same thing and there is an option for the account change but it brings me to my Safari page of the Evernote, which asks me to log in. Unfortunately, it won't let me log in because the web page based option is the third option and unless I pay, I can't access it. So, unless I disable either my Mac app or iPhone app, I can't access the information I need to log in with Google Authenticator. Help, I have not clue on what to do next. Thanks.
