(Archived) Can't attach documents

I'm using 'documents to go' to create my documents and can't seem to upload them using the evernote app or by email. I would prefer to use the evernote app.

When trying in the evernote app the documents don't show up, and when using email I get a return email saying they received it but the file had no useable content. The following is the what the email says:

"Evernote was unable to submit your note for the following reason: Emailed note was received, but was rejected due to problems with the note itself. [After filtering, the submitted message had no usable content. -After filtering, the submitted message had no usable content.]"

Am I doing something wrong?

I just try to use upload a file into a note and then email. And it works for me. However, you have to be a premium user in order to attach .doc document.
