Unable to reset password for Evernote app in Windows

Have attempted to reset my password from the login dialog, but I've tried repeatedly over several days and have not received any e-mail

as stated.  Can support please reset my password for this account and send it to me, I can't access my Notebook... Help!

Yes,  but we're not them.  Please try Evernote support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new  and use the 'continue as guest' option to report your issue.

NB the reason you may not have had an email could be either: it's trapped in your spam filter somewhere; or that address is not recognised.  Could you have used another address for this account?

PS I recommend you blur out the details or delete the image - this is a public forum and the address could be harvested by spammers...
