Public shared notebook browser (and search) issues

Hi

 

i have a 2 part question. I have been using a publicly shared notebook over several years now. I ignored that not all notes are displayed in chrome and edge and just opened it with the classic internet explorer  which worked fine.
Question 1: what could cause that? 

Now it even stopped working properly there. If I search something it will be stuck at the load screen. 

question 2: how can this be fixed? 
 

note: several people use this link and stopping and starting the share is not an option.
