Shortcut for making a piece of text a caption

Hello, 

I am uncertain, if this is the right place, because the way here was very confusing to me. 

I want to make a piece of text to a caption by using a hotkey. In the support page I couldn't find the relevant hotkey.

Can you please tell me the relevant hotkey. And can you also let me know if its written on the support page and I have overseen ist? In case it isn't, can you please tell me how to open a support ticket to deal with this issue because it was not clear to me.

What exactly do you mean by a caption? To me a caption is some text that goes with an image. I'm not aware that this is a feature which is available in Evernote. If you want a hotkey perhaps you could explain how you do it at the moment without a hotkey.
