Everytime starting the app takes ages: one moment please your new app is set upyou

Hi Community,

 

Thanks for your help.

Since the update to android version 10 the app starts very slowly. Every time I start the app the screen attached appears saying "one moment please... your new app is set up". I hot the version for months now and it doesnt change. Really annoying as often I just want to quickly note something and I need wait for 10 seconds before I can do so.

 

Any ideas?

same for me. This issue seems to break the use of sharing content from other apps on my android. as a workaround i start evernote manually before switching back to the other app and click share to evernote 😞

mm, i don't have this problem. have you tried uninstaling and reinstalling?

i did. Additionaly same issue on a second brand new device.

All I know is the new update made processing a lot slower on the new Android app. It is frustrating.

I did. Now it shows a black screen without texts for several seconds before the content appears
