Are you experiencing issues with using Evernote with a firewall or proxy on your Windows machine?

Hi All,

If you're experiencing connectivity issues with Evernote and use a Firewall or Proxy, please confirm the following:

• You're on the current version of Evernote.
• You can access the following URLs using Internet Explorer.
  • http://www.evernote.com/Login.action
  • https://www.evernote.com/Login.action
• You have ports 443 and 80 open for connection (if you've enabled a firewall). Evernote explicitly uses ports 443 and 80.
• You have the necessary security settings enabled in Internet Explorer. Go to Internet Explorer > Settings > Internet Options > 1. Advanced. Check the box next to Use TLS 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2.
• If you're in a corporate setting, check to see if there is some sort of application registration required by your IT department.
