PLS HELP US (The account has been disabled)

Recommended Posts

Hi,

the other day, we moved the domain name to a different server and then it was disabled, including the administrator account. We have very important notes, but nobody can access the evernote business account, nor the admin. What are we gonna do ?

Hi.  Not sure what you did,  but does no-one in the company have a subscriber account?  You could raise a priority support ticket on  https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new

If all you have is the Basic account I suggest you contact https://twitter.com/evernotehelps with as much detail as you can...

We're a (mainly) user-supported Forum so we have no access to more information about your account.

You can issue a support ticket as well as Basic user. Go to the help pages, log in, search for something, go to the bottom, confirm it was not what you were looking for, and it will take you to further actions. Choose support ticket there, and select „Account“ as ticket type. This is the only ticket type allowed for Basic users. Now you can send a request about the unavailable Business Account to EN.

You can as well use the trial Premium User offered to Basic users to get access to support for a short period of time.

Second if you are using the actual Business Account (which was launched in 2017), every user should already have a personal Premium account. If not, you are still on the old Business Account. Not a good idea, and I am not sure whether is is in general not working when using the new v10 client.

Whatever is the cause, the troubleshooting probably must be done by your Business Admin.
