Pin a Note to the Taskbar in Windows

As most WIndows fans know, you can pin frequently used files to programs that are pinned to the tashbar, so that you can open them quickly with the program.  It would be so nice if you could pin notes in Evernote to the Evernote icon when it's pinned to the taskbar.

I don't think this is exactly what you want but it might help if you are not already aware of it. If you create a windows shortcut (e.g. right click destop -> New -> shortcut) you can paste a note link (app version not web version) into the "location". Double clicking that shortcut takes you directly to the note. I haven't discovered all the things you can do with that shortcut - I just have them in a folder on the desktop - but it might be worth playing.
