No Reminders???

I am not getting any reminders on my iPhone, nor am I getting my daily email reminders.  I also use Evernote Legacy for Windows (v6.25.2.9198) and I don't see any reminders on my desktop - though I am not sure I should be getting them there?  Anyways, what concerns me is that there are no reminders on my phone and I don't get the daily email anymore.

I have checked my spam inbox and also made sure all of my notifications are on in the iOS settings. 

Any ideas?
