Crashing when offline

I have Samsung Note20 ultra running android 11.  And EN V10.5.1 premium account.

When I'm not connected to any network  ( WIFI or GSM ) and trying to open any  ( offline notes )  the app crashes again and again.

When become online again all notes works fine .

In this case I would provoke the problem another time. The restart the app and issue a support ticket, attach the activities log.

The activities log covers the last minutes of use - by provoking the crash you make sure that if something is recorded, it will be there.

I think support will tell you to go through an uninstall - reinstall cycle anyhow. But better to give the devs something they can work on first.

Thank you ,  i tried it but it lagging on this stage. I can't go further.

What's really disappointing that's i use EV since 2013. I never had issue. When i paid for the premium problem started ,,😂😂

Personally I am not familiar with Android. iOS is on the same client release, but of course the underlying framework will be different.

No further ideas, somebody with Android experience needed here.

We've been able to reproduce this issue, and working to fix it as quickly as possible.
