(Archived) Anchor Points in Notes?

Would it be a good idea to have anchor points within notes? As well as having an internal linking system between notes in Evernote, I think an extremely useful feature would be an anchor point system where you could automatically go to one part of the anchored text by following a link; Somewhat like how the anchor tag in HTML functions.

This would be extremely useful for people with large notes or people with numerous PDFs embedded inside notes-It gets somewhat unmanageable when you get 20 page PDFs and can't realy tell where it began, where the writing is, etc.
