Courtenay 0 Posted February 27, 2021 Share Posted February 27, 2021 I am about ready to give up. I have Premium Plus subscription though iTunes, and I cannot upgrade to Premium. I finally figured out I have to cancel my iTunes subscription, so I did, but it appears I have to let my subscription run out before I can re-sign up via the website? I unfortunately purchased a year subscription in October 2020, so does that mean I cannot upgrade until October 2021? I found one help article that said I could go to the evernote website and add a payment method after I cancelled my iTunes subscription, but that is not the case. This is insane. Please help me.
