Cant find ; You can rebuild the search index Hold down the option key, click Help then Troubleshooting > Recreate Full Test Search Index

it used to be there  under. Help - troubleshooting (if option key held down before opening the help menu)

That was a feature to rebuild the local search index      
Generally, the Version 10 product no longer uses a local database or local search index     
Searches are done on the file server
