Whoever knows ...

First thing: If you don’t like Spam and other surprises, change your forum user, and never use an e-mail address in a public place like this.

Second: No matter what, if you can’t access your notes, you have a bad install. Uninstall the app, choose dump all data when asked and then switch the iPhone completely off. Wait a little, on again (Apple logo must show), then reinstall the EN app, log into your account, and now wait until the initial sync is through.

Then try again.
