Help! Cannot access account on any device.

Idea

I am a brand new Evernote user. I have downloaded the app for Mac. It seems like when I open the app, it is actually using the web browser version. I was using Evernote, however it was opening on my MacBook Pro,  with no issues until I tried to access my account from my iphone. Then I started getting messages about having to upgrade or else revoke a device. I chose to keep the Mac app and my iphone. Now I get the error on both devices when I try to open my account, but I only want to use the free version. What do I do now? Additional info: I access the accounts by logging in through Google.

I have been an Evernote user for eight years.  As of last week, I can access my Personal account but NOT my Business account -- which has seven years of data.  When I go to the drop down menu to select my business account, I see this error message:  Authentication data decryption failed. Please log back i

Hi Charles,

better delete some of the personal information (Phone, Name, Company name) you have posted in the forum - it is for everybody to read, copy and use it - maybe not to your benefit.

The forum is user driven - no direct help here. I have posted your message for an admin, but it may be past their office hours.

The quickest way may be to use your personal account to get in contact with support. As I understand you still have access to your personal Premium account, so use it, issue a support ticket and ask for assistance there. Reaction time for me was pretty good (some hours) when I had contact with support last.

What I don't know if they have an office watch keeper during the weekend.
