Any suggestions on how to reactive my old notes. I have 3 years worth of extremely personal and sensitive content that has apparently not been saved Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,736 Posted February 16, 2021 Level 5* Share Posted February 16, 2021 The master version of our data is stored on the Evernote server It will not be impacted by an upgrade on your device To view the server data use the web platform at www.evernote.com The usual cause of "I lost everything" is the accidental creation of a new account Make sure you're using the correct userid/password Link to comment
