Numerous webclippings from IOS (iphone and Ipad) not loading.

So i have clipped a bunch of PDFs and web clippings from Safari via my iphone and iPad. Now all of the sudden I have 17 clips that are stuck in perpetual "importing" status at top left of notes pane. Support said this is a known issue but when I asked if they have an idea when this will be fixed they have no idea.  After a few emails he gave me a work-around. Unfortunately this didn't work. Any one else able to retrieve stalled importing clips? 

 Got instructions for a work-around from customer support: 

make sure up to date apps. 

Close Evernote on all devices and all other programs on IOS device

Turn off device and wait 30s

Restart and open Evernote app.

I am scared that I will loose all of the info I clipped.
