Tags- the delete and rename functions cannot be found

Hi,

I want to delete and rename my tags but the help instructions are incorrect as the system does not give  ability to delete or rename a tag/

Something so simple is not possible.

Please advise.

Access the Tags panel by clicking the Tag icon in the sidebar     

Right-click a tag

Hi,

For some reason, when I right click on the tag no pop-up menu appears ..

It seems like a but in my system.

Not sure how to fix it.
