Premium not recognized

Hello, I just bought the annual premium service with my iOS account.

However after several trials - remove the app then reinstall and connected with the same email address, I still cannot use the Premium service.

Do you happen to know if there is any way to correct it or get reimbursed from Evernote?

Or is there an official support email address that I can contact Evernote?
