Copied images paste as broken images

Step 1: In Evernote, select a note with text and an image.

Step 2: Copy that selection to the clipboard

Step 3: Paste that note somewhere, like an email or Microsoft Word.

The result is a broken image. It would seem the only way to get the image to appear is to individually save them from Evernote to somewhere like the downloads folder, then drag them one by one into an email or Microsoft Word.

Not a good user experience at all.

Also, are these forums the best way to report bugs? I was a beta tester, so I assume Evernote would like to know about bugs that really impact the user experience???

Well, it's a report - you could also contact Support or Twitter...

The only way to copy the image is to save it first and upload it to the place you want. Yes, not a good user experience at all.

There were users discussing this issue almost half a year ago, but Evernote officials did not address it.

or you can email a copy and copy and paste from the copy. Should be a better than nothing solution at this moment.
