How to connect Web Clipper using FireFox

Just tried my Firefox / Webclipper setup (Mac, BigSur 11.2.1, FF 85.0.2, WebClipper 7.13.8.31).

All systems are green, works fine.

Since there is no information about the OS and versions, not much chance to help. If it is a windows machine, I would disable all security software while I try to install. It installs as any browser extension, and it must be authorized for the EN account before it will work.

I just tried Clipper in Firefox and had no problems.  I had to install Clipper first and this popped up -

- maybe try removing and re-installing Clipper?

If that doesn't work - what actually happens when you try to clip something?
