Horizontal Table Scroll Hotkey has been broken for a long time

The guide states you should be able to scroll a table in Evernote by "holding the Shift key on your keyboard while scrolling with your mouse (Windows)".

Simply put it has NEVER worked for ANY version of Evernote that I've had. This is extremely annoying and impractical for any table larger than 5 - 6 rows & columns.  Right now we are forced to scroll all the way down to reach the bar to scroll horizontally.

It existed in Window 7 Pro 64-bit and now in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit - If system information is needed, please advise what the devs need in order to fix this issue as I would be happy to help.

Attaching screenshot to show my current Evernote version.  However, please note that I have never been able to get this to work.  I keep hoping and praying that I will see this on the bug fix list - but, it is never there *sighs*

@Beldorian I can confirm that it doesn't work for me either.
