For the past few months my team and I have noticed that content we add to our notes randomly disappears without warning. We will update a note and then several days later realize the text, attached documents or photos, are gone. It's as if the note sort of rewinds back to an earlier version of the note before that new content was added. This has happened on at least 5 separate occasions. It's very frustrating and we don't know what's causing it or how to fix it. Has anyone else had this issue?
