souza_rodrigo88 0 Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 After having exceeding my monthly storage limit once, Evernote won't reset it and sync my notes anymore. My account summary actually says that I didn't use any data at all for this month: "60 MB (100%) remaining this month. Your monthly limit resets in 26 days" I still get a message that I reached my monthly upload limit when I use the desktop version though. I already tried deleting some notes, emptying the trash folder and entering on the web version but it didn't make any difference, since the web version have less notes than my desktop one. Other than that, I'm afraid of reinstalling Evernote on my PC since I might lose the notes that I made on my computer and didn't got synced. Does anyone have any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

If you can still use the desktop app even though it's not syncing, can you identify the notes that haven't been sent to the server? If you can export those notes to an ENEX file you could protect them while you uninstall and reinstall Evernote, then re-import them when you have sorted any other problems.
