Notes Used to find and Reference Similar notes - No More

I have been an avid Evernote user since 2013.  One feature I have always loved was when I would enter a note, the system would find other notes which had similar content and display them.  It really helped with productivity and organization. 

The system no longer does that for me.  Is this because this feature is no more (a take away) or in the many upgrades do I need to enable something?

Evernote's early release notes for version 10 announced that 'context' was being phased out.  It's still possible to see something like that feature when you search the web - Clipper options include an option "Show Evernote content related to my web searches"  It's possible that the new version 10 clipper will not include that - I'm not sure how related that is to Evernote's own feature - but you could also go back to the Legacy version for the time being to retain it...
