Reminder notification doesn't appear on locked screen

Notification of reminder doesn't appear on locked screen. It appear immedixately when I unlock screen. App Has all permissions. What's the problem?

Hi.  Android devices have a central setting to either show or block all entries on a locked screen.  Try your lock screen settings?

Hi, thank you. I think I Have lock screen settings set OK. Other app and even Evernote send me occasionally an ad to the locked screen. Unfortunatelly this is not the case with reminder notification... 

One correction: Phone is P20, not P30 as I wrote before.
