Lost all notes and notebooks after upgrading to business account from free account



I upgraded my account to a free trial of a business account so that I could briefly use more devices to back-up my notes - after upgrading all of my notes disappeared.

Please help!

Do I still have the personal account I had before and this is blank because it's a new account? If so how do I access my old account? - using the email I used before logs me into the business account.
