slow note deletion

Extremely slow performance deleting notes. After selection of the now maximum of 50 notes, I find deletion of those notes takes 5 minutes 29 seconds. Running OSX 11.1, 16GB memory, and the following version of evernote 10.7.6-mac-mas-public (458452) Editor: v117.1.15008 Service: v1.27.2. This issue has been persistently seen in version 10.0 and higher. The poor performance makes maintenance of RSS feeds a terrible user experience.

Just my 5ct: EN is now syncing everything that happens when it happens. Maybe deleting 50 notes is done in 50 small steps, each of which needs to sync before the next one starts. But I have no deeper knowledge about this - just my 5ct.
