I receive an error message: Something went wrong on our end, sorry about that. Please try restarting evernote. I am at my wits end. Thanks, Margo
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,996 Posted February 5, 2021 Level 5 Posted February 5, 2021 Do you run the direct install, or from the AppStore ? Probably you need to do a complete uninstall. Get the app AppCleaner and use it to remove EN from your Mac. When the selection window appears, really select ALL components - otherwise a residue of data can wreck the reinstall. I always restart my Mac after this, being a bit old school. Then reinstall the app. I always advise to use the direct install, since it will not run in a sandbox mode. You get the installer from the EN web site. Install, log in, and now let is sync before staring to use it.
