Cannot drag and drop notebooks into Work Chat

My org has been sharing notebooks between users by drag-and-dropping them into the Work Chat. I just joined and I am unable to drag my notebooks into any Work Chats. I have also tried logging into a shared Evernote account that has been active for a few years and I am also not able to do this (on Evernote Desktop App for Mac, so I don't think it is just a new user problem. Has this functionality been discontinued?

 

Running Evernote Desktop App 10.7.6-mac-ddl-public (2321) Editor: v118.1.15008 Service v1.27.2 on MacOS Catalina v10.15.7.
