I downloaded the app on to my windows computer. During the intro it froze, I cannot click anything. the bottom of the intro box isn't visible. I close the app, it comes back exactly the same. I have uninstalled it, and it just got to the same place and froze again! attached is a screenshot of where it keeps freezing.
