Add note specific setting of check spelling

The new setting to disable check spelling is good, but not enougth. I have some notes of my Spanish classes that are, obviously, in spanish. So I want to disable check spelling just to these notes, or just to specifics note books. That's kind of an obvious setting :/

Or even better, in old version of Evernote (loved the new one, by the way) the spanish in these notes were auto recognized
